A company located in Germany named GeigerCars has customized a Mustang that they call the GT 520. The precision-machining of both cylinder heads, installing sport camshafts and reinforcing the valvetrain are part of the power treatment as is a belt-driven supercharger with carefully dimensioned intercooler.
A fully stainless-steel high-performance sport exhaust system with high-performance manifold and metal catalysts round out the engine conversion. The power has increased to 520 horsepwer and 415 ft-lb of torque. The GT 520 has recorded a 0-60 time of 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 178 mph which is perfect for the Autobahn.
The interior gets full leather black seats that have a much greater contour than the ones found in a stock Mustang. However the eye grabber of the interior is the custom built, 10,000-watt JBL audio system that has been designed to give it both a nice look visually and more importantly the best sound possiable. A total of four JBL amps, types Px300.4, Px600.2 and A6000GTI, drive the speakers. A bigger alternator and five Optima Yellow Top batteries ensure the stereo system’s electrical health even at full volume.
The Mustang GT 520 also receives a complete exterior make over. The new front fascia was designed to be easily exchanged for the production bumper, thanks to its precise fit and the retention of the original mounting points. The large oval air dam ensures ample supply of cooling air for all radiators and coolers. The lateral openings were shaped to optimize the air flow for best possible brake cooling.
The integrated front spoiler reduces lift on the front axle. Sleek new side skirts and rear fascia add the finishing touch to the Mustang GT 520 body. To finish off the exterior GeigerCars threw on some 5 spoke 20″ rims.
